The  committee took  a brief  recess.  Upon reconvening,  Senators                                                              
Therriault, Cowdery, Ellis and Phillips were present.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS moved to calendar CSHB  389(CRA)-MUNI TAX EXEMPTION:                                                          
DETERIORATED PROPERTY with its zero  fiscal note at the Chairman's                                                          
discretion.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN  PHILLIPS announced  that with  no objection, the  motion                                                              
carried.
